These terms govern your use of thefoundationhq.com and the training, membership, and coaching offered by THE FOUNDATION ("we", "us"). By purchasing a course, joining The Foundation OS, or booking coaching, you agree to them.
What we provide
Self-paced online sales training courses, an all-access monthly membership (The Foundation OS) that includes live group coaching, and 1:1 coaching sessions. Course access is delivered through our course platform at courses.thefoundationhq.com.
Billing
- Single courses are a one-time payment and include ongoing access to that course.
- The Foundation OS is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- 1:1 coaching sessions are paid per session at the time of booking.
Refunds and The Pipeline Promise
We do not offer cash refunds. We offer something we think is better. Do the work, the courses, the worksheets, the live sessions, and if your pipeline isn't moving after 30 days, your next move is on us: a 1:1 coaching session with Daniel, free. We don't refund you back to where you started. We coach you until you're unstuck. The free Blueprint course is the no-risk way to evaluate the system before you pay anything.
Your license to the materials
Courses, worksheets, scripts, and recordings are licensed to you personally for use in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them, including inside your company beyond your own seat, without written permission.
No earnings guarantees
We teach a system that has worked for us and for members who do the work. We do not guarantee revenue, close rates, or any specific business outcome. Your results depend on your market, your offer, and your execution.
Acceptable use
Don't use the materials or coaching sessions to do anything unlawful or deceptive. We may end access, without refund, for abuse of the community, our team, or these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
