I don't have a CRM. Do I need one?

No. Paper and pen or a simple spreadsheet works fine. Video 5 covers this directly: don't waste a month picking the perfect CRM when you could be making calls.

What if my numbers are bad?

That's exactly what tracking is for. Bad numbers point you to the specific stage that's broken, activity, conversion, or targeting, so you can fix that one thing instead of guessing at the whole system.
