WHY .............. the real reason we're here
WHAT ............. two to four agenda points
OUTCOME .......... the finish line for today
You walk out of the meeting and nothing changes. No written goal, no notes anyone agreed to, no clear next step. Own the Room gives you the prep, the notepad technique, and the exact phrases that turn a conversation into a milestone, so every meeting ends with a crystal clear next step.
One-time payment. Included free with The Foundation OS at $399/month.
Every meeting should move the process forward, period. If a meeting isn't going to advance things, don't book it. This is sales. We're here to find real opportunities to help our prospects, and that requires a plan going in and a clear next step coming out.
No written goal means no real outcome. A goal in your head is a wish. A goal on paper is a plan, and most reps skip the paper.
Nothing gets written down, so nothing gets agreed to, and nothing gets remembered by the time the follow-up email goes out.
The meeting ends and nobody knows who owes what by when. Momentum dies in that silence.
Not theory. The prep checklist, the notepad technique, and the exact phrases that turn a conversation into a commitment, ready before your next meeting. One clean next step pays for this course many times over.
Not sure yet? Start with The Blueprint, our full foundation course, free. No card, no trial clock. Or join The Foundation OS and put The Pipeline Promise behind your whole system: do the work, and if your pipeline is not moving after 30 days, a 1:1 session with Daniel is on us.
Daniel Shand has spent 20+ years selling B2B, cold call to closed contract. $100M+ in career sales. Dozens of pipelines built from $0 to $1M+. He runs two live coaching sessions every week, and this course teaches the exact meeting framework he uses on his own hardest deals.
Yes, in person. Writing down their exact words and reading it back acts like a third party in the room: the prospect watches the record form, corrects it if it's wrong, and silently agrees when it's right. That small commitment adds up fast.
In-person converts highest, virtual with video is a solid backup, and phone is the last resort. Only drop a tier if schedule or efficiency actually requires it. Either way, be fully tech-ready on every platform before the meeting starts.
It's the opposite of risky. It disarms the prospect immediately, because you're not pitching, you're genuinely trying to find out if there's a real problem. Your credibility comes from the quality of your questions, not from a confident pitch.
That's normal and usually a good sign. Finance, technical experts, or a distributor may join later in the process to validate, not to re-litigate the whole deal. Stay competent on the details and keep advancing regardless of who walks in.
We do not do cash refunds and we do not hide it. We do something better: start free with The Blueprint, and inside the OS, The Pipeline Promise means a free 1:1 with Daniel if your pipeline is not moving after 30 days of doing the work. We coach you until you are unstuck.
Walk in with a goal. Write down their exact words. Walk out with a next step everyone agreed to.
