I am not technical. Can I do this?

If typing a command makes you nervous, start with one of the other Force Multiplier courses instead, no shame in it. If you're comfortable with that kind of setup, this is the most capable option in the entire track.

What does Hermes cost?

Hermes Agent itself is free and open-source. You pay only for the model it talks to, either through a hosted subscription that bundles the model and extra tools, or your own API key from a provider you already trust.

Does Hermes send emails or contact prospects on its own?

No. Every scheduled job in this course researches, ranks, and drafts. None of them send. That is a configured guardrail, not a limitation, and the course walks you through locking it down properly in week one.
