My company controls our Microsoft 365 setup. What do I do?

Ask IT. This course teaches you exactly what to ask for: the Copilot license, whether Copilot for Sales is worth enabling if you run Dynamics or Salesforce, and what your tenant admin controls versus what you control. The workbook includes a literal email template for that request, because everything here routes through your tenant admin.

Does Copilot send emails for me?

No, and that is by design. Copilot drafts, you send. Every message crosses your eyes before it crosses the wire, right there in Outlook. This course builds a faster you, not a spam machine.
